Partners & Facilities
Partner: Schubert Centre Society – Provides a secure storage space for the trishaws and equipment, a space for volunteer meetings, assistance with liability insurance coverage for passengers and volunteers . Under Schubert Centre’s umbrella, our volunteers and passengers are considered volunteers of Schubert Centre.
Our partners include: senior care homes, adult day cares, neighbourhood houses, recreation centres, and organizations that support seniors living in their own residences. Our primary passengers are seniors who can benefit from the opportunity to get out and enjoy The Right to Wind in Your Hair. The age of our passengers is generally between 70-100 with the average in their mid to late 80s.
